BIO

Pastor Azriel Woodson -Bradley is a devoted husband to Christian Woodson Bradley, and together they cherish their three children: Azriel Jr, Dakota, and Micah Woodson Bradley, who are the center of their lives. He dedicates his time both to his family and to his church community.

His ministry journey began as a youth pastor at New Harvest Christian Center in Battle Creek, Michigan, where he served under Late Bishop Marvin C. Pryor, the jurisdictional bishop of the Southwest Three Jurisdiction. There, he successfully established a vibrant youth department, engaging over 80+ active youth at his local church. Pastor Woodson has been a steadfast advocate for youth for many years, and his ministry has flourished through various opportunities, including traveling with Late Elder Ronald Winans.

Later, he served under Supt Daniel Grandberry at Gordy Memorial Church of God in Christ as a church administrator. In this role, he played a crucial part in transforming the church into a thriving and prominent establishment in southwest Detroit. His prelate during this time was Late Bishop John Henry Sheard.

Pastor Woodson’s passion for ministry has been evident since childhood. He was saved at the age of 13, and since then, he has experienced God’s blessings throughout his life playing professional football and more. His journey took him and his wife, Christian, from Detroit to Dallas, Texas, where they began a new chapter in the DFW area.

Currently, he serves as the proud pastor of the Heart Church in Carrollton, Texas, where he is committed to creating support systems for both congregants and the wider community. In addition, he is the Texas East Jurisdiction Youth President, working under Bishop James E. II and Supervisor Mother Joanne Macklin. Throughout his ten years of ministry, Pastor Woodson has focused on developing youth programs, significantly impacting over 130+ families per year involved in the Heart Church Youth Association (HCYA) faith base sports organization, which has become a blessing to many families in the DFW area in sport development. His model is to Love God, Love people and Change the World.
